Payment & Delivery Options



All Australian Electus deliveries originate from our National Distribution Centre in Sydney.

Australia | New Zealand

Overnight
We offer an overnight "airbag" service to all major/capital cities for next working day delivery. This service applies to orders received before 1pm.

Two satchel sizes are offered:
Current Freight Charges
  • Air Freight & Insurance (orders up to 3kg) = $15.75 + GST
  • Air Freight & Insurance (orders up to 5kg) = $21.00 + GST
(For all others ring 1300 738 555 for an accurate quote)
NB: Airfreight is not only calculated by the weight alone, but also by the cubic measurements. Some items may be too large to be sent via AAE deliveries.
  • We choose Australian Air Express (AAE) for overnight deliveries.
  • Note: No aerosols, SLA Batteries or similar hazardous goods can be sent by this method.
  • Allow an extra 24 - 48 hours for regional areas.
  • For orders weighing over 5kg refer to our Road Freight service below.
Please note that freight charges are dependent on weight or volumetric which ever is higher. Products under 3 kilograms of weight with higher volumetric weight calculation may incur a higher freight charge than the specified amount.

AAE can deliver to P.O. Box numbers providing you also give us your street address.

Road Freight
For delivery to any destination in Australia as well as delivery of heavy goods, please select this method.

Freight is charged to your invoice at competitive rates

As freight is calculated by the greater of weight or volume, we are unable to quote freight charges before processing orders.

Current Freight Charges - Australia:
  • Standard Freight & Insurance (orders up to $200) = $10.50 + GST
  • Standard Freight & Insurance (orders between $200 - 500) = $15.75 + GST
  • Freight calculated by Weight & Insurance (orders over $500) - Pro-Rated
Please note that this service is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Overseas
Overseas delivery can be sent by ship or by air (preferred). Electus preferred freight method is via FedEx. Please speak to a sales person for details.

Freight is charged to your invoice at competitive rates.

Your nominated carrier
You can choose to collect or send your own carrier to pick up the order.
Please advise us of your chosen carrier and allow a minimum of two hours before collection.

Insurance
Insurance is included in the total freight charge. See above freight charges.

New Zealand

Electus now has a New Zealand warehouse located in Manukau, Auckland. Pick up and other services have been implemented.

Road Service
Transportation by road is our standard service. For delivery to any place in New Zealand and for heavy goods, please choose this method. Orders should be placed by 2.00pm for same day despatch.

Overnight Service
We offer express overnight 'airbag' service to all major cities for next day delivery. This servce requires orders to be place by 2.00pm. Two satchel sizes are offered: 3kg & 5kg (or equivalent). Charges apply.

Nominated Carrier
You can choose to collect or send your own carrier to pick up your order. Please advise us of your chosen carrier and allow a minimum of 2 hours before collection.

Payment Methods

Account
If you purchase regularly from Electus you may wish apply for an account. Fill in the account application form on the ‘First Time Visitor’ page

Credit Card
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners credit cards.

Cheque
Cheques should be made payable to 'Electus Distribution Pty. Ltd'.

Direct Deposit
Please speak to an Electus Salesperson for instructions on direct deposit. Ph. 1300 738 555 (Aus customers) or 0800 235 328 (NZ customers). Goods will not be shipped until funds have cleared.

Cash (for pickups)
Cash is accepted at the Sydney branch for pickups. To speed up the pickup please bring correct change.
